Our students had an extraordinary experience at the Foresight 2050 Conference, hosted by the prestigiousIE Business Schoolin Madrid. Accompanied bySergio Terzi, Associate Dean for Student Engagement and Supporting Services, andGiulia Antenucci, Project Manager of the event, our students spent two intense days dedicated to the crucial theme of Environmental and Social Justice in Business Management.The aim of this initiative was to actively involve students in building a better and more equitable future by imagining and implementing sustainable practices and ideas that addressed the uncertainties of today’s world. In un mondo che punta sempre più a #Lavoro, #Equità e #Inclusione, è essenziale garantire supporto strutturato alle donne per prevenire e intervenire contro la violenza.Nell’ambito della nostra recente partnership con Fondazione Libellula, nelle scorse settimane, Giuseppe Di Rienzo, Managing Director della Fondazione, insieme al nostro HR Director Gianvincenzo Scarpa, ha presentato lo “Sportello LEI”.Lo sportello, dedicato a tutte quelle donne che vivono situazioni di molestie e violenze nei luoghi di lavoro, offre un punto di riferimento per aiutare ogni donna a prendere consapevolezza di eventuali molestie subite e consulenza psicologica e legale per affrontare al meglio queste situazioni. Nel corso dell’incontro sono state dettagliate le modalità di istituzione del supporto e le iniziative correlate.La risposta delle persone alla presentazione è stata entusiasta, dimostrando il forte impegno collettivo verso un ambiente di lavoro e studio sicuro e inclusivo.In a world focused on #Work, #Equity, and #Inclusion, our partnership with Fondazione Libellula introduced the “Sportello LEI” to support women facing workplace harassment and violence. Presented by Giuseppe Di Rienzo and HR Director, Gianvincenzo Scarpa, this initiative offers psychological and legal counselling. 🌍 Esperienze che trasformano | Siamo entusiasti del viaggio che il nostro staff ha intrapreso durante i workshop Climate Fresk. Nelle scorse settimane, abbiamo vissuto momenti che vanno oltre il semplice apprendimento; è stato un vero arricchimento per il nostro ecosistema di talenti, su un tema a noi molto caro. Abbiamo esplorato sfide e opportunità per il nostro pianeta, approfondendo temi cruciali con un approccio coinvolgente e scientifico. #Climate Change and Sustainability, #Fintech, and #Cybersecurity were the central themes of the three sessions organized by EY for our Specialising Master students. This initiative, which featured prominent experts, provided an incredible opportunity to address crucial topics for the participants' future professional development. 🌍 In the first session on Climate Change and Sustainability, we discussed the urgent need for businesses to adopt sustainable practices, highlighting strategies and approaches aimed at a greener and more responsible future. 💡 The second session focused on Fintech, offering a glimpse into a dynamic sector that is revolutionizing the way we manage and utilise financial services. 🔒 The third session delved into Cybersecurity, a priority often overlooked in this digital age, with increasingly sophisticated threats on the horizon.
