Mr. Brown was a manager for the Livingston Credit Clothing Store in Wilmington for 40 years, retiring in 1978. He was a member of Congregation Beth Shalom in Wilmington, twice Past Master of Oriental Lodge 27 and a member of the Delaware Link 43, Order of the Golden Chain, in Wilmington.

COLEMAN, 80, of Galena, died Friday of heart failure at Union Hospital in Elkton, Md. Mr. Coleman was a mechanic at General Motors Wilmington, for 29 years, retiring in 1974. Earlier, he worked for the former Glenn L. Martin airplane manufacturers in Baltimore as a mechanic.

He also worked at Jewel Brothers in Chestertown as a mechanic. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the United Auto Workers Local 435, Wilmington, a charter member of Galena Lions Club, and a member of the American Legion in 1 Chestertown and Chester River Cruising Club. His wife, Catherine "Pauline" Coleman, died in 1996. His sister, Kathleen Whiting, died in 1996.

On June 23, he announced he was undergoing cancer treatment after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of lymphoma. Mr. Fenimore was first elected to council in 1995. "He's going to be missed, he was a great man who did some great things for the city," Councilman Robert W. Lambert said Saturday.

Mr. Fenimore served on the council's utility and communications committees, and was chairman of the recently formed transportation subcommittee. "He was very knowledgeable and was very talented in the communications committee," said Lambert who served on both committees with Mr. Fenimore. "Philip Fenimore was a brilliant and dedicated public servant dedicated to his family and to his city," Councilman Reuben Salters said Saturday.

Mr. Price was a billeting officer for base housing at Dover Air Force Base where he also served with the 436th Engineering Squadron for 20 years, retiring in 1989. He worked previously as a delivery person for Bond Bread Harrington, for 20 years. He also helped operate his sons' funeral home in Harrington. He was a team manager of the Harrington Little League, where he was a past president.

He volunteered at the Harrington Senior Center and was a 40-year member of The Independent Order of Odd Fellows in Felton. He received the Meritorious Award from the Grand Lodge in Felton for community work, and was past noble grand of Sarah Rebekah Lodge 16, Kirkwood Encampment. Survivors: wife, Emma V.
