My husband HATES tuna noodle casserole! He had it so much as a child he refuses to eat it. My husband had 2 platefuls!!!!!!!! I used regular spinach and squished out all the juce as much as I could I layers with spinich and cheese also cheese on the top with the crispy onions. It is very good and definitely better than the regular style tuna casserole. 4 stars because it dident have enough crunch for me

This is my favorite tuna casserole. We used cream of chicken with herbs soup instead of cream of mushroom. We also added a pinch of kosher salt. It is so easy and so good.

This recipe is always a hit. I definitely prefer the macaroni noodles. I was out today and used penne instead but the macaroni is truly my favorite pasta. But this is a great casserole, my mom and daughter love it!

Delicious and versatile ! Added some shredded cheddar cheese and peas, like a childhood classic with a twist. Also added some bread crumbs since I didn’t have the full amount of French onion. Soo good. Will def make again.

Loved it and so did the family. I didn’t include the spinach because I didn’t have any and it was still delicious. I added sugar snap peas, diced onion & chopped fresh mushrooms. I love the fried onions as a topping. It added a flavorful crunch. This one is a keeper!!

Really good. I used Garlic Cream of Mushroom soup because it’s what I always use for recipes. I just mixed everything together instead of layering. It was fantastic! Super quick with minimal clean up. Big thumbs up.

Great! I did modify it for items I had on hand. Instead of sour cream I used plain greek yogurt & 1/2 of a small container of ricotta cheese. Because everything including the soup was low or no fat I added about 1 1/2 teaspoons of vegetable oil to the mixture. I also add about 1/2 cup of Kraft shredded cheese with cream cheese to the mix as well!It was delicious & didn't last long!!!Mary P
